You say (confusingly) "if the patient does not achieve a high score this may indicate retrocochlear damage". This is both unclear and it is wrong. Firstly, it's clearer to just say "a low score means..." rather than "not achieving a high score means.." and what you say in the video can be summarised as follows: " a low score may indicate damage". Secondly a low score is what someone WITHOUT hearing damage would achieve - a HIGH score actually indicates damage. Recruitment is the the characteristic of a damaged ear to "over detect" small increases in volume. The SISI test presents these small increases in volume and they then are detected (in a damaged ear) and the patient responds as such. The patient with a normal ear does NOT hear the increase in volume and does not respond - and they have a low score A low score is good. A high score is bad. Your video says the exact opposite of this. Please correct this.

In the ABR masking noise calculator, in the section " dBeHL non-test BC ABR threshold" this section do we can put both values, BC value and AC value or just only BC because in the video he said put AC value=15 dBeHL but the calculator is for dBeHL non-test BC ABR threshold? 2. in the masking noise calculator, If we do not know the BC value or AC value in that collum, do we put it in 0 dB in the "dBeHL non-test BC ABR threshold collum"? 3. The correct factor of 20 dBnHL is 25dBeHL for 4K CE-Chirp for age < 12 weeks but in the video is 15dBeHL put in "dBeHL non-test BC ABR threshold" collum in the masking noise calculator, why was that?

Thank you for the clarification. In that case refers to force level. So, when considering force level, it's not SPL (Sound Pressure Level) but FL (Force Level), or rather microvolts per dB. Why should we factor in the sensitivity of the artificial mastoid?
